4. Whistling in the Woods Calls… Something Else
Ever heard of the Whistling Curse? Hunters in certain regions say you should NEVER whistle while in the woods.
It’s believed that whistling attracts spirits, demons, or worse… something watching from the trees.
Some hunters claim whistling brings bad luck. Others swear it brings something else.
Many have reported feeling watched, hearing footsteps, or even spotting shadowy figures after whistling in deep woods.
One hunter in West Virginia tried to prove this superstition wrong. He whistled loudly in the middle of the forest. Moments later, branches snapped all around him, and he swore he heard someone whisper his name.
He never whistled in the woods again.
