Hunters say when you leave the woods, you should never look back.
If you do? You’ll “invite” something to follow you home.
Some believe it’s bad luck. Others claim it’s worse—a sign of an unseen presence watching you.
One hunter in North Dakota always followed this rule. But one night, as he left the woods, he turned back just to check his surroundings.
At that moment, he saw a dark shape standing just behind the trees. It had no clear form… but it was watching.
He ran to his truck and swore he heard footsteps following him all the way back.
